Self-Exclusion Policy

Purpose and Scope

Ug777 provides a Self-Exclusion service to suspend access to all Ug777 platforms, products, and services for a defined period to assist users who may be at risk of gambling harm. This policy applies to all Ug777 offerings and governs all self-exclusion requests and their effects on accounts and communications.

Definitions

Self-Exclusion means the voluntary suspension of the User's access to the Personal Account and all Ug777 services, including advertising materials, for a specified period as described in this policy.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

Any User who is registered with Ug777 and is at least 18 years of age may submit a Self-Exclusion request. The request must be sent from the email address used to register on Ug777 and directed to the designated Support channel at [email protected]. The request must clearly state the User’s intention to apply Self-Exclusion and specify the period for which the exclusion will apply.

Exclusion Periods

• 3 months
• 6 months
• 1 year
• 3 years
• Periods longer than 3 years may be considered in accordance with applicable law and internal policy; Ug777 reserves the right to terminate the User’s registration and process a return of funds in line with general withdrawal terms.

Effect During Exclusion

During the Self-Exclusion period, the User will be denied access to the Personal Account and to all Ug777 services. The User will not be eligible to receive promotional or advertising materials from Ug777 while the exclusion is in effect. The Self-Exclusion is voluntary and binding on the User for the duration of the specified period.

Termination and Restoration

Requests to terminate Self-Exclusion may not be considered before the expiry of the selected period. Restoration of access occurs only after the specified period has elapsed and upon a written request from the User submitted to [email protected]. There is no automatic restoration of access at the expiry of the exclusion, and Ug777 will apply standard account verification and withdrawal procedures prior to reactivation, in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Post-Exclusion Obligations

During and after the Self-Exclusion, the User undertakes not to take actions intended to circumvent the exclusion. Any attempt to regain access prior to the expiry date, or to bypass restrictions, may be treated as non-compliance with this policy and may be subject to enforcement under Ug777 terms and applicable law.

Data Handling and Privacy

Ug777 will record Self-Exclusion events for enforcement purposes and to support responsible gambling objectives. Records will be processed in accordance with Ug777 Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws, with access restricted to staff and systems necessary to implement the Self-Exclusion.

General Provisions

• Minors are strictly prohibited from gambling on Ug777. Self-Exclusion applies to all User accounts under Ug777 ownership and control.
• Ug777 reserves the right to amend this policy in response to regulatory changes or material business changes. Any amendments will be communicated in accordance with Ug777 Terms and Conditions.
